Memorial Scholarship

The Sammy Joseph Schnall Memorial Scholarship in Early Childhood Education was established to recognize and honor baby Sammy Joe, who died in a hot car two weeks after his first birthday. The scholarship will be awarded to a Miami Dade College student pursuing an Early Childhood Education Bachelor of Science degree.
